What guarantees do I have?

W.O.W are a Registered Motor Vehicle Trader. We are regulated by the industry, so our cars quality must comply with the Sale of Goods Act. Additionally, we recommend taking a comprehensive warranty with the vehicle to provide additional security. We will arrange this for you.

Can I trade-in my existing car?

Usually, yes. There may be some exclusions depending on year and condition. We will discuss this with you at the start of the process.

How can I be sure of the condition of the car?

We will arrange to have your selected vehicle inspected by the A-Grade Car Inspections. The report will be made available to you and we will arrange for any recommended work to be completed.

So how come you have access to so many cars?

We select your vehicle from the range of direct import wholesalers who supply exclusively to the Motor Trade sale yards. Our difference is that we buy the car when you want it, we don't stock a car yard and then look for customers!

How do I get finance?

We have arrangements with a selection of finance companies. The specialist consultants can often pre-approve your loan by phone. If your credit is impaired, more supporting documentation may need to be supplied. Your consultant will guide you through the process.

Can I change my mind?

Of course, it's a womans perogative! We are here to help you through what can be a daunting process, but if after your consultation you decide to go it alone, then that is fine. However we are sure that once you see how easy it is, you will be hooked on the 'W.O.W Factor' !
